This policy explains what personal information Visionite Tech Inc. ("Visionite Tech", "we", "us") collects through visionitetech.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

- We collect only what you type into our contact and job application forms, plus basic server logs.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Analytics cookies stay off until you press Accept in the cookie banner.

Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us, plus basic technical data:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, the role, an optional portfolio or GitHub link, your message and your resume (a PDF, DOC or DOCX file of up to 4 MB).
- Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us directly.
- Technical data: our hosting provider's server logs may record your IP address, browser and the pages you request. We also use your IP address for a short time to limit repeated form submissions.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Reply to your inquiry, prepare estimates and discuss your project.
- Review your job application and contact you about it.
- Protect the website and its forms from spam and abuse.
- Meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages visitors use so we can improve the site. Nothing from Google loads until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that run this website and our email: our hosting provider, Google (Gmail for our mailbox, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies), and only so they can provide that service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and job applications for 12 months after our last contact with you, or longer only if the law requires it, and then delete them.
How we protect it
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and arrive by email in our company mailbox, which uses Google's Gmail. The website does not keep them in its own database, and only the team members who reply to inquiries or review applications read them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email us at hello@visionitetech.com.
Where your information is processed
We are based in India. Your information may be processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
